Over the course of 2011, the Groupon promotion, which offers discounts to demographically targeted customers online, generated approximately 30 million impressions. These impressions resulted in sales and created a new online distribution channel for Genius Brands, complementing the Company's robust channels into the largest retails in the U.S. Genius Brands International is continuing its Groupon promotions in fiscal 2012 and looking to expand online and direct-to-consumer marketing channels to drive continued revenue momentum.
