Kartoon Channel! continues to grow and Ranks #1 in User Ratings in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play App store

Genius Brands today released the ‘Top Ten’ shows (9/20/21-9/26/21) on Kartoon Channel!, its free streaming service for kids and families.
